Death is that binding force on all humans and no man can escape it, however some people have found it hard to let go of their dead relatives which has led them to do some shocking things. From husbands who can let go of their wives to mothers who mourn their children to make them keep the dead bodies, here are five people who live with their dread relatives.
Graveyard Vigil
A man identified as Rocky Abalsamo held a vigil by his wife's grave for 20 years. He watched over his beloved wife's body in all weather conditions till he passed away himself on January 22, 2013. Spooky or undying love?
A Mother's Love
The love of a woman for her child can never be compared to the love of any other woman but there just might be pushing things a bit too far at times. A Georgian woman Tsiuri Kvaratskhelia took care of her dead son for 18 years after his death. Joni Bakaradze died at the age of 22 and left a 2 year old son behind. In a bid to let the son know what his father looked like, his body was preserved by embalming with the mother constantly on watch. Now his sin his 20 years and be lives his grandmother made the right decision. Do you agree?
Obsessed Son
Just as some women can't do without their children, same applies for some children whom cant do without their mothers. In January 2014, the dead body of 58 year old Claudio Alfieri was discovered next to the mummified corpse of his mother who died over ten years ago. He had been claiming she was well and alive.
Widowed and Grieving
When 79 year old Marcel H died in 2912, his widowed wife was so grief stricken she didn't report his death and kept sleeping next to him for about a year before Belgian authorities found her out.
Lying Son
While some love their parents unconditionally, others simply do for the benefits that come with them. 29 year old Christopher Blackburn failed to report the death of his father Guy Blackburn and claimed his benefit payment for five months. Authorities arrested him when his father's corpse was found in the living room of his home?
