Hollywood actress, Kerry Washington has been named 2013 World's Best Dressed Woman by People Magazine. She is said to have been picked because of her high fashion style.
Other celebrities named were Emma Stone who was commended for her classic style and timeless look. Beyonce's sister, Solange Knowles got good marks for her style risk taking and confidence. Nicole Richie got the best in trend setting style, while Lily Colins , Jennifer Lawrence and Zoe Saldana were also named best in other categories.
