The Ajegunle Experience


I may have lived in Lagos my entire life but that didn’t mean that I knew every place in the city. However that didn’t mean I wasn’t aware of the on-goings in the different parts of the metropolitan state. It is common knowledge by now for any citizen that has been in Lagos for a reasonable amount of time to know that Ajegunle or AJ City as it popular called is considered one of the slum parts of Lagos.

The Sometimes Annoying Love of Parents



Is it just me going through my normal period of weirdness or is it something that the average developing teenager seems to feel; parents can be very annoying? I have pondered this question in my mind with no definite answer coming to solve this difficult question, to me it seems like one of those difficult maths equation I had to solve in secondary school and for the life of me I just never was able to get any of them right.

Just One Christmas Wish

I already know that if wishes were horses, beggars will ride but still it doesn’t stop me from having dreams and wishes after all it cost nothing to dream. I may never have been to UK for a summer trip, had a one on one encounter with my favorite celebrity or clinch the Pulitzer doesn’t mean I can’t dream about them from the comfort of my home. It takes nothing to dream and it was during one of my sojourn into dreamland, imagining things I would like for Christmas that I thought about Santa Claus.
